2nd September. It’s MAN birthday. I took half day off from work, without letting MAN know.

I bake a cake for him, a small one, the cake puffed up in the middle and I cut it off, I don’t want it to look like muffin, it was too ugly without the top, like a bald head. I sprinkle a bit of cocoa powder on top hoping to make it looks better, but it turned out like a chocolate bald head. I thought of icing sugar and tried to scatter it but it is disappointing. At last, I put whipped cream on top. The whipped cream looks like the foam of shampoo, but better than the bald head.

I feel that the cake is a bit rough but MAN gobble it. MAN must be too kind and thinking of this is the first ever cake that I make for his birthday.
