I’m not a tactical person. From the first day when I started my work life, my mum had been reminding me to be more easygoing and respectful among my colleagues. I didn’t know the reason at first, I thought I’m likeable, apparently I’m too a plainspoken. Over the years, I’m learning to be more tactful and sociable.
I thought I can survive with what I have learned. I thought sincere, truthful and hard work should pay off, but I’m a too simple people, too naive at times. And I sucked badly at adult talk.
At work, I never mind the work load, I don’t complain, I share and I learn, but people took it for granted. But fine, that’s not my extreme point yet, that’s just a challenge.
I know from the very begining I step on this piece of land, my ultimate goal is to spend my time here with MAN, having a job is a credit, I commit to it because I got paid.
But things don’t always go as expected. It’s difficult to work with people who seized power. I just need an environment for concentration, is that too much to ask for? I might sound unambitious but I believe in effort.
End of rant, phew. Back to normal. FML.
