On the bed of SZ Home. This week passed by real fast. We have no plan for the weekend. Perhaps going out for a cup of coffee on sunday afternoon is just nice.

It was years ago since I last visited the gym room. I withdrawn from the membership in Celebrity Fitness since MAN came over to SZ.

Yesterday, me and MAN signed up the membership of gym center at the community center. My best exercise here is walk or some stretching. I felt so healthy to finally work out again. I love the feeling of sweating after a good exercise but I hate to have to wash my clothes after gym.

I’m a little bit dumb every time standing next to the machine that I never use before. Even after reading the instruction with pictures that clearly demonstrating the machine usage, I still not knowing how to start playing the machine. So I normally walk straight to the treadmill, started by walking to warm myself up, then run a little bit, then done and I walk down from the machine. It took less than 10mins normally. Then I will walk near MAN to see what he is playing, and ask him to guide me.

So I walked to MAN while he’s playing with a machine that look quite easy to play with. MAN help to adjust the machine to fit my short leg, I sit on and a thick handle bar is front of my chest. I was suppose to use the strength of my stomach to push my body forward but I didn’t and my energy’s focus on my chest and pushing the bar forward. I end up have a pain on chest the whole night. I can’t move much, my chest like going to explode, I can feel the pain even when breathing. I was in fear.

I woke up this morning and felt a little better. A bit pain still but a lot more better than the night before. Phew.
