Our Weekend In SZ.

location ~ SZ Home
thought ~ The weather here is getting colder and foggy, it’s only 19°C now.

MAN works 6 full days a week, he called during work and asked where I want to go on Saturday night, I suggested to rest at home as I thought he would be tired working all day. We had dinner and watched tv at home.

MAN had an early morning badminton schedule on Sunday, I woke up early too but lazed on the bed, surf net for a bit. We went to the morning market with MAN’s mates, we planned to cook “Lor Mee” for lunch, emm, I shouldn’t say we because I don’t know how to cook, I was just helping up with those simple one. That was what I hardly do back at home, I guess this is what foreigners do in overseas when they’re missing their hometown. I don’t crave for home country’s food yet but I do miss my family and mum cooked food.

Later in the afternoon, we went shopping at Yi Tian Holiday Plaza, a rather new shopping mall in Shenzhen. They brought in H&M and Zara, I always wanted to pay a visit to H&M but we don’t have one in Malaysia. HK have a bigger retail shop but I can only visit HK in few weeks more, furthermore, I haven’t get a job yet, I can’t splurge freely without considering my financial plan. By the way, I bought a jacket and MAN bought a gloves, I am considering getting the same gloves if I got a job and knowing I will be here for the winter for sure. Who knows if I couldn’t get a job and go back to Penang after 2 months. Haha.

We had our dinner at Pizza Hut. The Pizza Hut here in SZ is not just another Pizza Hut outlet identical to the one in M’sia, they have more varieties, from appetizers, pizza flavours, snacks, pastas, to drinks and desserts, too many choices that we took about 15mins to decide what to order. Even their services are much more better, the ambiance are comparable to a hotel cafe and not just another fast food chain store.

We strolled around in the supermarket after dinner. One thing that made me shocked was this.

They sell crocodile meat at rmb115 for 100g. Want some?
