I’m always proud and happy that I shed off my fat and maintain my weight around my desired figure. I control my diet and it don’t fluctuate a lot. I was a lot heavier back then, it was during my teenage years, I was always feeling ashame when teacher asked me to stand on the weighing machine to take down my weight on the report card.

Once upon a time, one of my classmate, he told me that I’m pretty if I’m not that fat. I don’t remember whether because of his words, I started to look at myself seriously. I started eating less, that helped a bit. Starving myself did help me lose weight, but I know skipping meals is never a good idea, because I suffered from gastric, I did lost some weight because of that, but I’m sure that’s a very bad experience and I’m not gonna repeat it.

I am writing down my experience, it don’t essentially work for everyone, just my personal experience and observation.

    80kg is a heavy. But according to PP, everyone in the family has to touch it before going down. AAHHHAHaahaahha.. so I know the number now :-) hehe

    Moomookun: No. Jogging is not for me. I don’t want to have muscled fat leg. Wahaha..

    good to hear that you’ve shed off weight. i was gaining weight like nobody’s biz and i’m having a hard time to lose them now..iskh!!
