My Weekend.

laugh ~ What’s the best name for a restaurant selling curry? Curry House? Nope. Kanna Curry House!!! It sells only Curry, what else? Curry. Ok, it’s only funny if you speak hokkien. They do sell fried chicken besides curry.

I spent my weekend in KL. Meet up friends, eat, drink, chit chat, shopping…

Our first stop was 1 Utama. Lunch at Waffle World, which is not selling a lot of waffle, food was just so so, the best thing is they hired a forgetful waiter who kept forgetting what we ordered, although he took down our order in a piece of paper, but end up serving another one which we didn’t order. I guess no more next time.

Girls’ meet up will never out of shopping. Didn’t really buy anything, shortlisted a dress but didn’t buy. End up keep thinking of the dress when I was on my way back to Penang. I thought I can get it here in Penang, who knows, all sold out. Lastly I called my cousin who often go outstation to work.

me: Hey boss, where are you?

kenny: Selangor.

me: Which part?

kenny: PJ.

me: Are you near 1 Utama?

kenny: I’m on my way to 1 Utama..

me: Help me to get a dress… phew..lucky me.

I will be getting it next week.

Went Pavilion before we catch the bus back home. Brunch at Tony Roma’s, the food was okay, everyone seems enjoy it and I took a bit just to fill up my stomach. Apparently, too much good food in 2 consecutive days, that’s too much for me, and I can’t really savour. Windows shopped in Pavilion in order to help digestion.

I was looking at a little caucasian girl from her back in rest room, placing her shopping bags on the granite top next to washbasin while checking herself through the mirror. She’s petite, with blonde hair, wearing pink short and flip flop. I saw the printing on one of the shopping bag and recognized Juicy Couture. On my way out, I turned and looked at the girl, Ohhh.. that’s Xiaxue. Perhaps I should say hi, tell her that I read her blog. And she’s gonna think, “Oh, So gross!”

Since we were not in shopping mood, we went to get some drink in a cafe. There was where we have our girlie talk. I like the way we share the ideas, share the feelings. That’s where I found we were all grown up, no longer the naive girls. I’m looking forward for more girlie session like this.

I had a good time there.
