thought~ Doctor advise me to take more salty food coz I have low blood pressure, therefore I like soy sauce more and more.

I took instant noodle as breakfast today. A chicken soup instant noodle. I cooked it with too little water and it came out to be very salty, and lazy me didn’t bother to add in more water, I just eat the noodle without taking the soup, it was still so salty.
An idea flashed through.
If I drink more water later, will the saltiness be thinned out? Can the water dilute the salt and reduce the concentration and make it less harmful to my body?
If I put in mouth 5grams of salt, then drink 100ml of water, is it same as I mix the 100ml of water with 5grams of salt, and drink it?

Hmm… I was told that for low blood pressure you’ll need to exercise more. As for low red blood cells you can take supplements like Pharmaton.
… Or I got mixed up with both… ???
Not sure how true are these though.
